Having the ApeelingBurn.Eth wallet hold a chunk of PEEL liquidity, we will have regularly scheduled burns with the supply it gained from farming the volume. Each month, we will unpair the newly gained liquidity, using that npaired Eth/Arb to buy more PEEL then burning all those PEEL tokens, while leaving initially paired liquidity intact to remain building for the next burn.
